Vodka espresso

This wonderful cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell at the groundbreaking Match Bar Group in London.

Dick Bradsell’s signature has gone through several iterations and names over his career, but this is the most recognizable of its reincarnations.

Ingredients:
Unsweetened ground cocoa nibs for garnish
Ketel One Vodka (50 ml)
Kahlua (10 ml)
Sugar syrup (5 ml)
Fresh espresso (1 shot)

Ketel One vodka is made from wheat, using the pot-still method for a very smooth, elegant vodka described as having big body and a rich, powerful flavor, reminiscent of fresh sea spray and spice.

Kahlua is a coffee-flavored sugar-based liqueur from Mexico. It was first made in 1936.
